What I ate today:
1 sausage sandwich
1 bowl of homemade french fries
1 /2 bowl of Chips
1 Oatmeal Pie
1 bag of Kettle Popcorn
I am eating less and this week I lost 5 pounds and for whatever reason I gain it back. I will figure it out, but until then I am not giving up.
