My Fat Story

I think the only time I have been considered small was at birth weighing in at 6 pounds and 10 ounces. I wasn't an oversize child like the ones you would see on Maury, but I was always bigger then the average child on the playground. Deep inside I too wanted to be smaller, but I still loved myself at all the sizes I have been. Even now weighing in at 240 I don't look in the mirror and cry, I still manage to always have a smile of my face and heart. But as an adult with a child, my size and my bad health habits are affecting my outside as well as my inside. High Cholesterol, and a Boarder Line Diabetic. As you can see my meal list or lack there of a meal that I have a Love Affair with Sweets and Bread!! As I approach the ripe old age of 35 I refuse to live another moment in this Unhealthy Fat Suit. I know I have gotten on this soap box a 1001 times, stating the same Bullshit, but this time, I am not just talking about it, I am BEING about it. I am making realistic goals and not far fetch fantasies that I will never reach. So instead of taking everything out of my diet, I said I will eat what I want and watch my portions. And also as long as I lose at least 5 pounds a month I will be happy. Watch How I take Take off these Big Draws and put my Sexy Panties back on. Holla, Big Draws Down, Small Panties Up :)
