Very Good Workout :)

What I ate today:
1 peanutbutter and jelly sandwich
1 bowl of spaghetti
2 packages of oatmeal
1 carton of noodles sweet and sour
2 pieces of Chocolate candy (shouldn't have)
1 bowl of cereal
