What I ate today:
2 mini Larabars
1 mini granola chocolate chip bar
1 bowl of wheat rice
1/2 bowl of spinach and noddles
1/2 cup of Chocolate covered peanuts
1 cinnomon roll
1 Tukery and Dressing frozen dinner
