What I ate today:
4 doughnuts
1 bowl of cereal
3 rice kripies treats
1 breakfast tacos
1 philly panini
2 mandrian orange cups

I'm really loving that you are writing down what you are comsuming! Excellent habit. Now work on getting more fruit into your day. Try eating fruit as breakfast... just fruit as much as you need. It does the body good.
