2 pieces of pizza
1 sausage sandwich
1 bowl of chips
3 cookies
1 bowl of cheesy shells

I use this awesome site myfitnesspal.com where you can enter all your meals and see how many calories you are taking in and how much exercise you should do to lose weight. It has really helped me alot....
