500 post.. And I am still FAT

What I ate today:
3 mini bags of prunes
2 bowls of sweet potato fries
1 tuna sandwich
1/2 bowl of chips
5 mini chocolates
5 ginger snaps
1 cup of pecans

Just have to adjust your food....
Cant do the same thing expecting different results...try something new :)
